I have been in litigation with Barclays Credit Card for fraud revolving around false representation of Account Protection.I had payed for years into Account Protection and when I lost my job they did not pay as stated. They filed a judgement against .. 2013 .It was suppose to be dismissed in the court and it is still active on my credit report
