The Western Union Company Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised Florida

On - in -, Florida, I gave Western Union $330.00 to transfer to my wife in - -, -. I provided detailed information and identification documents on myself ( transmitter ) and my wife ( receiver ) .Today is -/-/- and Western Union has not delivered the funds or reimbursed me in spite of numerous phone calls and requests on my part. I have sent money to my wife and daughter through Western Union many times before with no problems.Their contract states that I have a right to a refund within 10 days, but they refuse to return the money. Western Union has caused my wife and daughter financial harm.
