Wells Fargo & Company Debt Collection Complaint

Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property

Wells Fargo & Company Debt collection department,

Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Taking/threatening an illegal action Seized/Attempted to seize property Arizona

This relates to activity of the - and Wells Fargo Bank. The bank put a garnishment of over - dollars since the - wrongly claims that I owe them back taxes. My accountant submitted documentation to the - in - related to a claim from the - that back taxes were owed. Four subsequent attempts to contract the - went without response. The - filed some erroneous claim with Wells to garnish over - in a bank account. The bank initiated a pending transfer of over - in favor of the - without any notification to me.

Then, their claim to Wells to capture my funds AND the bank 's agreement to effect the transfer without notification to me is collusion in a fraud to wrongly expropriate personal property. They should at least send some sort of communication to notify of the action with a period of time to cure default. The fact that there was no default, since taxes ARE NOT DUE to - in California is faulty government service and perpetuated and aided wrongly by Wells. To further my own aggravation, as this is a CA tax issue, the Wells Office for Legal Order processing was closed at - CA time. Whereas probably not technically illegal, it sure is poor customer care, but what should I expect of an institution that is fined over - - for the way it handles customers. Not the point of this complaint. My complaint is that Wells is complicit in wrongly expropriating my funds and is not responsive to inquiry to resolve this, ie talk to them. Also, you should look at the customer care offered by the - - -. To let five inquiries of follow up on an open case go unanswered, in spite of the professionalism and completeness with which support dox to the contrary of - contention is just wrong. Maybe since the documentation countered the position of - just caused them to conveniently overlook the submission and not respond.
