I received a voicemail today from a - -, who said she was calling from a firm - and - out of -, T-. She called from - trying to reach my husband - -. Her message stated : " I 'm reaching out to a family member regarding an insurance claim in my office involving a ... .a family member, uh, that has recently passed. If you could please, give me a call back directly at - or toll free at -. Thank you. '' I do not know what this is in reference to, nor do I plan to call back. I am appalled that someone would call and say that a family member has passed to get me to call back! The best I can find is that the company is -. Reviewing feedback as best I can online ( which may or may be trusted ) says that this is a debt collection agency, they will do whatever they can for you to call back ( must be their effective
in. I 'm not sure who or what they need, but I will not be calling them back. Again, I am appalled that their methodology includes telling someone they are calling in regards to a family member who has passed away. My dad passed away recently, and it 's not a matter to be taken lightly. Just another example of how we ca n't trust those who call us.
