U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Closing/Cancelling account

U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account New Jersey

I was told the executive office would reach out to me. They have not. When they do it will be by mail I was told. Underwriting told me to apply for another credit card. According to the letter I received I requested reissue of new cards. No, I did not. I requested my card remain open. They will not cancel my request to withdraw my closure request. The reasons I was given are not clear. Too many accounts opened in a short time? Which accounts? My leased car? I do not understand why my account was audited if all my payments since - 2016 were more than the minimum. This credit card company gave me no warning. The clerk did not transfer me to a supervisor to discuss options. On - my credit score went up from one they gave me in -. No one in this company has an address or phone number for the corporate office.
