U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Elan Financial ( for my Fidelity credit card ) offered a zero % for balance transfers. The offer was not honored because I did not have the convenience checks - I do not keep many paper statements - and this was not honored by the credit card company. the case number for my quick account closure is -. I feel that my credit score will be damaged due to the fraudulent reasons given to open the accounts.
