Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account Tennessee

- of my Barclaycards ( - - and - Visa ) were recently closed for undisclosed reasons. I always paid my bills on time ; never a late payment and always followed their terms and conditions. I had - - points which is equivalent to $120.00 which I earned through purchases as well as - - points ( $1.00 ). These points are owed to me and I would like them credited. Quite honestly I believe this financial institution is pulling a bait and switch and am not pleased with their actions. I am strongly considering legal actions.
