I was contacted by a Wells Fargo debt collector regarding status of a loan of which I did not have information on. I requested info of which the caller was unable to provide me with I received a letter on - -, 2016 from the Executive Office stating I would be mailed more info by - -, 2016. It is now - - and I have not received any info.
