Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

A charge from - - was incorrectly billed to my account in the amount of $160.00. Several other charges came in the same day and TCF has their computer program work so that it processes charges from largest to smallest. This results in TCF being able to charge the most overdraft fees. This resulted in subsequent days items also creating overdrafts. See attachment.
