Merchant later on filed in claim at small claim court against me. Would like to have an official response from JP Morgan Chase that : ( 1 ) Is the dispute decided in my favor or in merchant 's favor, ( 2 ) was the permanent credit issued because it was resolved in my favor, and ( 3 ) why decided in my favor.
