Kay Jewelers has FAILED to reply in a timely manner to my initial letter dated - -, 2016 and has also FAILED to furnish to the credit bureaus a " notice of dispute '' on my account within 30 days. Kay Jewelers has not only VIOLATED FEDERAL LAW, but has also FAILED to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature for this account. Kay Jewelers is liable for willful non-compliance, as per FDCPA and FCRA.
