Sallie Mae Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Colorado

I called multiple times to have a graduated repayment plan started. I thought that it had been started when I received a statement the next month for the full amount. I called again a few weeks ago and was told that everything was all set in the system again and I was put on the graduated repayment plan. No such luck. I just received the latest monthly statement with the full amount due.
