On - -, 2016, I signed up for a 7 day trial to receive my - score for $1.00. On - -, 2016, I called and cancelled my trial period. I just found out on - -, 2016 while checking my debit card details, $24.00 was taken off of my card by Experian. After speaking with them I found out that they have taken the following from my debit card. On - $21.00. On - $21.00. On - $43.00. On - $21.00. The -/-/16 for $24.00 was the only - refunded and they said that they cancelled my account. After speaking with Experian and letting them know that I had cancelled my account with them before the 7 day trial was up, they refused to listen. Due to having - -, I have to write every day, date, time and the name/ID of the customer service representative I speak to when it comes to anything important such as this. Experian would not do anything about their mistake and I 'm hoping that you will be able to help me get back the money that is owed to me. They had no right to take it from me to begin with.
