I answered a phone call on my cell phone from - woman asked for - -, as soon as i said this is her she started telling me I owed money for a - bill with absolutely NO verification done! she did not verify an address, date of birth, social security number anything, when i told her at the time of the debt I had insurance and that I have told them that before as well as i have told them until they resolve that issue not to contact me, I also pointed out she was calling my cell phone, her words to me were " well youre the one in collections '' this is abusive. I then called back and asked to speak with a supervisor who again didnt even verify me, and said if i verified my name that is enough, I advised her that is not enough verification and asked her if that is their policy she said yes all they need is a name, i told her what the representative had said and how it was abusive and belittling she then told me she could not speak to me because she had not verified me at this point we were - minutes into the conversation, so i asked her for their address for a complaint she said the company name is Central Credit Services - , - MO -
