Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

Was let go from my job. Can not start my new job till I sell my house. Which is being sold for $170000.00. Which is paid off in full. I have been harassed by Bank of America, being call at least 20 times in less then two weeks. I have spent at least - hour if not 2 hours every time Bank of America calls. I have explained everything to every department 2 times, explaining my situation. Also went up to bank of America three times to fill a complaint. Was told today after speaking with upwards of - people, only way to stop the calls was to fax a number to stop calling me. Also told them soon as my house is sold, was going to pay it off in full. I only owe $9000.00 on my truck. And it 's worth $25000.00. Since I had my truck, i have paid double and triple payments at one time. Also paid - dollars every - when I get my bonus. I asked for help, asked what I could do. Finally today after who knows how many calls and people who I have spoke with. Was told to fax the number,


-, and they have offered me a two months extra to catch up. And I 've only talk to them two times. On Friday alone I was called four times, after speaking to the loan department supervisor. Not to mention I have been in a Bank of America customer for over 16 years. And have never missed a payment or never owed Bank of America any money. So with five days left now, tell my credit get s A bad report. After speaking with numerous people. I could 've sold my truck and avoided all of this. If - of the - people I had spoken with would 've told me this from the beginning. I have asked over and over what to do how I can make things better. We 're just for some help. I feel like I was lied to, and suckered into getting a bad credit report by Bank of America. Because they were mad that I close my accounts with them. If I was told I was going to get a bad credit report from the beginning, I could 've sold my truck or traded it in. And none of this would be happening. Bank of America has harassed me for the last two weeks. And not - person has told me the same thing after speaking with over - people. And being transferred from department to department to speak with somebody else who does n't know what 's going on. To be transferred again. And be put on hold for hours at this point.
