House is scheduled for foreclosure - -, 2016, the foreclosing lender is not in the chain of title for this alleged loan and in fact it appears that the alleged loan and mortgage or invalid. Attempts have been made to resolve the problems with this current " stranger Lender '' but they simply refuse to cooperate. They have never attempted to resolve the debt, make attempts to restructure or otherwise work with the homeowner. Additionally this is an 80/20 loan and the homeowner never received the 90 day letter or any other statutorily required opportunities to resolve this alleged debt.
