I had declined all overdraft protection on my account per debit card and other transactions. I was told that I could not do that on recurring transactions though but they did credit those fees and told me it would no longer go through if there was no money in my account. Month later I get back from out of town to find multiple overdraft fee notices in my mail. So I finally check into my acct which I was unaware had a problem to find that I had a balance of $ -- and that over $1700.00 of that negative balance was just in fees alone. I spent multiple hours on phone trying to resolve the issue about charges that were n't to go through and asked them to credit their ridiculous fees and if so my acct would be in good standing as it should be to which they refused. Since then I stopped using that account and quit direct deposit cause it was never ending cycle of fees they are still s being to this day.
