I set up recurring automatic payments for a credit card and line of credit account with Wells Fargo Bank, but their system did not register this and two months later, I received a call my account was in collections for failure to pay. On the same day I set up the recurring payments with this bank, I set up recurring payments with - other banks I have accounts with, and those have processed successfully.
