I am unable to access my Wells Fargo online account after many attempts calling and speaking with customer service reps and technology specialists. I am forced to call monthly to make payment and when I call I often encounter long hold times which is a major inconvenience to simply make a payment. I feel as though Wells Fargo is unwilling to work with me and fix my account and is now assessing late fees and has reported a late payment to my credit report resulting in a major hit to my credit score and reduced credit lines from all creditors.
