On - -, 2016 fraudulent charges in the amount of $30.00 and $35.00 were charged to -. I noticed the charges a week later and made it clear I DID NOT MAKE THEM. Both Barclaycard and - - - insist these charges are mine. There so called proof they showed me shows that the order was placed from - on a day I was at work at - - - -, IL. The college books ordered are not mine. I am - - - and not in school. I work at a - and have explained I can prove where I was at. They are stalling me and not resolving this.
