I have been contacted by - - for a debt I owe to Synchrony Bank. On - -, 2016 they contacted me six times from a different number each time. I will list the numbers below and the times that they called. At - I was able to take the call and spoke with a representative. I asked her if they have mailed a letter for debt verification. She stated that they e-mailed me, I advised that I have never received an e-mail in my inbox nor my junk mail. I advised her that they are supposed to mail a letter and they are not supposed to be contacting me on my cell phone but my home phone. Also, I advised that calling me more than twice a day is harassment. I advised them to stop contacting me. The representative was very rude and hateful also.
