Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem cancelling or closing account New York

I went to experian.com to recieve my credit report. It showed that I would be charged $1.00 to receive my credit report I was not told that I would be signed up as a paid experian member and would be billed monthly for services I did not know about or intend to use. I called experian to find out about these charges to my debit card and they told me that I should have read the fine print of the terms and service agreement. This is a scam. Experian does not notify you when your free trial is going to expire and you will be billed. They will not refund my money. Advertising that a credit report is $1.00 and then signing people to be billed $21.00 dollars every month without telling them is predatory and just plain wrong.
