U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
- transferred my - card into a - - card. When they did so, they failed to maintain my auto-bill information on file and did not notify that such information would not be transferred. As a result, my payment was not auto-paid as I requested. I now have a derogatory mark on my credit score that will not go away for 7 years. I would like - to clear the derogatory mark and waive all late fees and interest charges associated with their failed transfer.
