Capital One Credit card department,
Capital One bank took money out of my account through an ACH transaction on - -. The Ach Trace Number is -. My credit union states it was from an online transaction. I have been behind on my account and it was closed after my son got - last year. I am paying them $50.00 a month but they took out $1000.00. My mortgage payment. I searched the web and this seems to be a practice that they do a lot. I have not made a payment to them through the account they took the money from for quite some time. I ca n't believe they would have the ability to just take money as they see fit.
