Discover Credit card department,
I filed a complaint in regards to a fraudulent inquiry on my Equifax credit report from - that was dated - -, 2016. I was informed - -, 2016 by - - - from the - - - - - from Discover that she would forward a letter for Equifax to remove the fraudulent inquiry. Well, as of today, -, it still has n't been deleted from my credit report. I contacted Equifax and they would not remove. I have attached the letter that was forwarded from - - in regard to removing the fraudulent inquiry. I am asking - - to please contact Equifax to have it immediately removed. It is unfair to me to have an inquiry on my credit report in which I did not initiate.
