Citi mortgage said I was being transferred to - effective -/-/2016 and as of - -, 2016 they was not accepting any further payments. I called - and gave them the account /loan number which Citi mortgage provided. - had no knowledge of me nor the loan/account I gave them. I contacted Citi Mortgage according to their records I was transferred. On - -, 2016 I was informed the transfer was RESCINDED and a letter was sent on - -, 2016. I have not received this letter. I want to know the reason why the transfer did not go through. No one at Citi Mortgage can tell me the reason why the TRANSFER was RESCINDED. As a consumer I have a right to know.
