But - - ( BOA ) closed both my saving and checking without permission. -/-/--Went to BOA ( - ) who said that my saving ( - ) has been closed. Staff said if I did not open a " new '' saving account today. All money remaining in saving will be gone permanently -/-/--Went to BOA ( - - ) and realized - has been terminated due to received several complaints from customer -/-/-. Talked to acting branch manager, after filled out paperwork, she promised she will recover my saving acct by next Tuesday. I also shown that my credit score has been dropped off - point from -/-/- to -/-/-, because of closing this old saving account ( opened - ) -/-/--Went to BOA ( - - ) and teller told me saving account has been recovery, all money from new saving has transfer back to saving before closed this account -/-/-- After deposited money to BOA ( - - ), I realized they put money to new saving account. Staff told me it is the only account I have. That means BOA ( - - ) lie on me by never recover saving account
