I received a call from United Collection Bureau or as they call themselves UCB. I was told that I have to pay my - Bill immediately or they will pad lock my front door and the sheriff will be coming to arrest me. I then called - of their offices, and spoke to a - - who claimed to be the -. He became belligerent and cussed at me. He told me that is why I am in collections because I am a loser. My - - - daughter heard this as the call was on speaker phone. She started crying and asked why this mean man was calling you a loser Mommy.
