In - 2015 I opened a US Bank - credit card with the zero percent balance transfer rate for 15 months. After the balance transfer and setting up automatic payments on the card I was charged interest every single month. I had to continually call to have the interest removed. Us Bank agreed it was their mistake and removed the charges as you can see from the attached file. The last three interest charges have not been removed, and when I call back they refuse to remove them, or one agent just hung up on me. I have my original card member agreement, and it states that I should get the rate as promised. This has been a terrible experience, and I am now forced to pay off the balance as of this date to avoid being overcharged every month in the future since US Bank has failed to honor their banking advertisement The charges are - $82.00 - $77.00 - $77.00 Us Bank stated that although I set up automatic payments, that they failed to credit the first payment on time. Once the first automatic payment has failed, they then begin charging interest in violation of the agreement. It


I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and Us Bank did not address the failure of the automatic payment system, but instead attempted to put the blame on my by saying it went to collections, which of course was not the case. Enclosed is the original credit card agreement where they promised zero interest and failed to deliver as written. I was never late in paying them. I am never late in paying any credit card.
