I 'm writing to file a complaint. The complaint is brought against the merchant ASHRO for harassment. Unfortunately, the items were returned due-to defect and fit : Credit Account : - : item number ( - ) CLPTRA DRESSES /-L, for total of - dollars. The products were returned using company label. Costumer disputes the felonious charges billed to account. - dollars, plus - dollars late fee, followed by - per/month dollar processing fee. I disagree with the charges. I returned the merchandise in a timely manner, but ASHRO continues to harass customer with obnoxious phone calls and threats to ruin my credit. I want the calls to stop. I will forward all records concerning the matter enclosed in complaint. Please be advised.
