Amex Credit card department,

I have had an account with American Express since 1987, but American Express refuses to report this to the credit bureaus. Instead they continue to report my car as a new account even though my America Express account shows me a member since 1987. American Express NEEDS to correctly report my account start date to ALL three bureaus with the 1987 date.
