I have a Paypal account some money on it, about -. I tried to spend the money on a - boost, and the Paypal system would n't complete the transaction without a credit card. Why would I have a Paypal account if I could get a credit card? These people have my money, and have refused to complete a simple transaction to a reputable company. I believe this is an attempt to manipulate my account to mine for new data.
