- - - - Open Road Lending - - - - - - - - - - - I was sent a letter by my local bank offering me a loan for my 2016 Kia Soul. I went to my bank got the loan and purchased automobile. I never authorized or called any of the above companies to run credit checks on me. My bank said they do not sell my information. The companies below were not authorized to run credit checks on me. I contacted them and they want me to file identity theft when that is untrue. My credit rating dropped - point after these were preformed. have contacted each company demanding proof with original signatures and contracts, paperwork etc. They said no we will not cooperate I need them to remove all info from all credit reports due to damage to credit rating. Its there fault I want them to fix it or I will seek legal action
