My complaint is against American Express. My name is - -, my phone number is -. We purchased some jewelry while on vacation, on a cruise. We payed $ - for the jewelry with our American Express card and the jewelry turned out to be fake. So we had an official appraisal done by a - - - $200.00. American Express denied our claim. We believe American Express knowingly does business with these types of vendors. We tried for six months to resolve this with them. This is why we want to file this complaint against them.
