I received a letter from Phoenix Financial Services, LLC. dated -/-/- stating a debt for creditor - - - - - in the amount of $570.00. The date of service listed is -/-/-. I have sent - letters to the company asking to verify this debt since I have no knowledge of it. I sent the letters by USPS mail on -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. I have yet to receive a response from the collection agency. I also noticed that the debt is being reported falsely to - stating that the account was open on - -. This conflicts with the date of service listed on my letter for -/-/-. This would allow the collection agency to collect well after the seven year statute of limitations would be expired.
