Mortgage subservicer ( Pacific Union Financial ) changed to another company ( - dba - ) and I only received a 3 day advance notice. As a result, I already scheduled the payment to Pacific Union and I might incur late charges trying to get the payment to the correct company. Is n't there some sort of standard notification when this happens?
