In - - or - - - started auto deduction of monthly payment for a phone service that was never provided. After 30 days of waiting for them to provide said service without success, I open service with - for my home base employment ( Work from home ) service. By the time I nullify my checking Account they manage to auto deduct - payments of about $ - $29.00 ( not sure of the monthly amount anymore ). I request refund of the auto deduct payments, but instead they put my account into collection and I was harassed continuously. The last agency that had the account in - I advised of the dispute and to remove it from my Credit report I thought this was done when there was no more communication until recently I was denied refinancing my home loan due in part to - - having a collection on my report. Even their own record indicate that I have never had any service from them and they owe me approximately 3 months refund of monthly payments that they auto deduct from my account.
