My daughter and I purchased an adjustable bed from - in - - with free financing for a year. The first payment of approximately $90.00 was due in -, however, after the - payment, I paid $ 100 monthly. In - I received delivery of Living Room furniture, and thought I would be able to continue paying $ 100 monthly because in - -, I was going to pay off the entire balance. I did not discover until I received a statement from Wells Fargo in either late - or early - that I owed them more money. ( See Exhibit A - Bill Pay - ). On - -, - I made a payment of $490.00 ( Also See Exhibit D indicating I paid $390.00 plus my $ 100 monthly payment ) .and Exhibit E, explaining the payment in detail. Sometime in early - I was advised that it was not possible to return my $390.00 check back.

full. ( See Exhibit B - Bill Pay spreadsheet ). Upon information and belief, we had satisfied Wells Fargo 's requirements. Today I received the - Statement ( Exhibit C ) indicating that I have a debit of $430.00 on my account and my monthly payment is now increased $250.00. I had to place several calls to Wells Fargo to find out where this debit came from, when it was posted and WHY my minimum payment had increased from $150.00 to $250.00 when I 've continually paid them on a monthly basis and have not purchased anything since - -. It took the agent some time to find out what had transpired since and the agent finally discovered that the Bank, without my knowledge or approval and despite what I had been told by Wells Fargo Bank which was indicated in my - -, - letter to US Treasury Help with My Bank, I had asked for the $370.00 back ( $390.00 minus the $26.00 in arrears ) and they advised me that : " that was not possible ''. TODAY, I discovered that they not only retruned the $370.00 back but also the $26.00 in arrears back, without my approval or knowledge and have no not only increased my monthly amount due, but also sactioned additional late fees. See E2, E3, E Attachment 1, E Attachment 2 & E Attachment 3.. I do not know when Wells Fargo assessed these charges, I requested the date of the posting but was never advised.
