My health insurance did not pay the claim originally because of the way it was submitted. I contacted the insurance co. And they resubmitted it and paid the claim in - -. I contacted the collection agency recently to ask them to contact the credit bureaus to say the collection was an error. They told me their client sent them an email in - - saying to continue to try to collect. I spoke with a representative on -/-/- and they told me to fax the paid claim statement which I did. I just looked the account up online and it says I owe $20.00
