A dispute was filed for a debit card purchase made on - - to - of -, this is a deposit on a vehicle. The dealer was unable to secure the right financing and unable to place order for vehicle, this is a special order for a vehicle not available on their lot.. The time frame for production is 6 to 8 weeks, the car was not ordered and deposit should be refunded. Please note, all this information was included in dispute or should have, it was all explained to rep who took dispute on or around -/-/-. I called today -/-/- to inquire about status was told an email was sent on -/-/- asking for additional information which is more than likely already included in dispute, I have nothing else to explain or inform of. I have received no such email, it was supposedly resent twice and still not received. I wish to reiterate that any and all information was already provided previously to rep who took dispute, its a shame Paypal plays games like this, asking for more information and supposedly resending an email which is not received. Please note, the original email was also not received. Please advise them I need credit for this dispute ASAP and should refrain from requesting info they already have or should have, playing games with their emails.
