-/-/2016 I asked AME- to add my Mother - - to my account. They have done everything but do that. They have sent all kinds of letters and email. When we write AME- back they never do anything. They asked me to go to my bank and get them to write a letter to AME- stating that I have an account with them ( - - ), I have dont all that they have asked. I want them AME- to response to my letters and help me manage my account.
