ERC Debt Collection Complaint

ERC Debt collection department,

Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New York

I paid payment in full to one collection agency, - -, - - -, -, MA -, -. Then, a year later I get dunned for the same debt by another collection agency : ERC, - - -, -, - -, -. I called both agencies, plus the original debt holder, - -. - - sent me all related receipts indicating payment in full, but ERC and - do n't appear motived enough to look at my paid receipts. I have attempted to clear this matter up on my own, but it seems not to be working. Thank you for your time.
