The account number I have available is -. I expect it to be deleted from all three bureaus immediately. I have never received any debt notice from this collection agency. I have paid - directly in full and never authorized - to share my information to any third party. When i paid -, I was advised it would be deleted from my credit reports upon receiving full payment. The only reason I became aware of this collection being reported to the credit bureaus is because I had started monitoring my credit report. Stellar Recovery makes false statements, regarding the account. I have never received any notification of debt from Stellar Recovery. This is causing a financial hardship and needs to be deleted from all of my credit reports promptly. I will not consider this complaint closed until it is removed and I receive notification of this action.
