Amount due is zero. Rental apartment lease was ended legally per Texas Property Code -. I moved out of the apartment while still paying rent so new occupant selected by apartments could move in. Advised collection agency, ProCollect : 1 ) lease was ended legally, and 2 ) this is an attempt to collect double rent for the same apartment, which is also illegal in Texas.
