- had corporate policy that the patient would never have out of pocket expense they would only bill the insurance company. - submitted a charge to my insurance company the insurance company then requested some records from - to verify coverage but never received them and never paid the claim. ( - is no longer in business ) I was contacted by Monterey Collections - - CA. - - - - claiming I owed them for the service. I replied within 30 days of receiving their notification requesting validation of the debt and other questions. After receiving the request they have not provided the validation and continue to send notices. Copies of correspondence available on request
