Wells Fargo & Company Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Using a debit or ATM card

Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,

Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Texas

I did a debit card transaction dispute with my bank, and contacted to stop payment on a debit card purchase that was cancelled and merchandise was returned on same day for - new tires. I returned the vehicle back to have the original tires re-installed and the merchants tires removed. I had receipt, I contact corporate office of seller ( which was - ) for - - tires, which totaled $510.00. I informed bank that they were being returned because the vehicle that they were put on was not mine, and that the owner of the vehicle changed their mind and they were not going to refund me the price. I contacted - corporate office and they confirmed that I was entitled to a - refund and since it was the same day, I just needed to return and have location refund me. I returned, and again, the tire department employee disregarded the corporate office 's instructions, and employee contrarily said that they could not put the original tires back on because they did not want to be liable if an accident happened. They gave me excuses why they could not return the new tires which was that they could

could return the tires, and also the corporate office which told me to return them at the location and that i was entitled to a full refund. I contacted my bank to place a stop payment, which they said they could not because it was pending, and that I needed to wait until it posted and then file a claim dispute on the transactions ( it was - separate debit transactions because the store only had - in stock, and had sent me to a second location to get the other -, who then installed all - tires ). I did file a claims dispute and the bank later closed the claim, and did not reverse the charge, and the bank failed to protect the account and disregarded my information and contradicted it previous statement by now saying that they could not file a claim because it was a debit transaction. That was totally opposite of what bank representatives had previously informed me. I have been emailing the claims department for several months, since it happened, requesting to have the executive offices and supervisors investigate the misadministration and intentional deceptive trade practices being implemented by the bank itself in how it failed to stop payment, the failed to reverse the charge, and failed to do a charge back, and has repeatedly told me through multiple calls, that there is nothing the bank can do the reverse the charge, to correct what happened. I disagree with that philosophy and predatory misadministration of my bank account. The bank facilitated the exploitation of my funds, and now I at a total loss of $510.00, I do n't have the tires, I also do n't own the vehicle that they were installed on, and it is a valid dispute that was filed in a timely manner, and all procedures were followed by me as a consumer to protect my bank account, to dispute the charge, and to seek a satisfactory resolution of the original dispute of the charges, and nothing has been done by the bank, which is Wells Fargo. This is fraudulent unregulated activity by Wells Fargo, and the original merchant for its deceptive trade practices in failing to honor its consumer return policy, and it is prohibited violations in consumer protection laws. It needs to be investigated and corrected.
