my - credit card account was transferred to Citi without my permission or knowledge. My american express was on quto pay for many years. Since I was not inforrmed by Citi that my balance was transferred to them and I never received a bill or statement from citi my payment was late and citi sent a late payment to my credit report. Meanwhile my autopay to - was made. When I found out about this 6 days after my payment was due to citi I called them and they said there is no grace period and I was out of luck, my credit report will show the late payment. I thought there was a 60 day grace period when credit accounts were transferred from one creditor to another but citi said no. I would like citi to remove the late payment fee and to remove the late payment from my credit report. the payment was made in full right away on the phone when i called citi and found out about this problem
