Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Late fee Illinois

For the last four months I have been hit with a late fee of - on my due date which is the - of each month. I have contacted the company and waived - fee and stated that the are unable to waive another -. I have had this card for 2 yrs now and I usally pay the balance in full on my due date.
