Citibank Credit card department,
I had an account with Citibank and due to the ending of a - year marriage ( divorce ) that financial devastated me, and I defaulted, I lost my house ( I lost everything ). I am trying very hared to correct/improve my credit ( at age - I do not have many earning years left ). The issue is that Citibank sold my account to a third party and my credit report shows a opening date of -/-/2016 not the actual date and is adversely affecting my ability to acquire credit.
