NCP financed a - loan to a person of no association that used my savings account information with not authorizing loan with me. NCP debited my savings account for the loan unauthorized. I am getting no resolution of the problem. I have filed report with my sheriff department who is actively investigating the report. I am not the borrower or any association of the person who received the - loan.
